I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room at Grand Hotel Beirut. The king-size bed and clean facilities made for a very comfortable night's sleep. It really felt like a blast from the past with vintage decor that added charm to my stay.

Charming Vintage Atmosphere

My experience at the hotel was incredibly disappointing. It was marketed as a 4-star, but I encountered major issues like no lift service and poor room conditions, including mold and a foul smell. The staff did not properly address my concerns, which left me feeling frustrated and misled. While I managed to get a room, it was far from clean, and I truly wish I had chosen a different place to stay.

My experience at this hotel was incredibly frustrating. We arrived and found out our reservation was not honored, forcing us to scramble for another place to stay. The facilities were in poor condition with mold and a terrible smell, making it an unpleasant environment. Not to mention, the service was lacking, resulting in an overall disappointing stay. I certainly wouldn't recommend this hotel based on my experience.

The rooms were large, but they stunk and were covered in mold. Windows were barely hanging by one hinge, and the A/C was broken, leaving the room too dirty to enjoy. I had to wait nearly 45 minutes for towels after ordering them.
