My experience at the hotel was incredibly disappointing. It was marketed as a 4-star, but I encountered major issues like no lift service and poor room conditions, including mold and a foul smell. The staff did not properly address my concerns, which left me feeling frustrated and misled. While I managed to get a room, it was far from clean, and I truly wish I had chosen a different place to stay.
My experience at this hotel was incredibly frustrating. We arrived and found out our reservation was not honored, forcing us to scramble for another place to stay. The facilities were in poor condition with mold and a terrible smell, making it an unpleasant environment. Not to mention, the service was lacking, resulting in an overall disappointing stay. I certainly wouldn't recommend this hotel based on my experience.
